Luigi Honorat - Intagible VIII

No 61/300

Intangible is part of the Intangible (Retrospective) collection of artworks by Luigi Honorat, stemming from the Intangible series which is an ongoing study exploring the possibilities of procedural modeling and animation.
Started in June 2017, the series retains some of the limitations of physical sculpture as it deploys itself within a particular space, using one type of material at a time.
This collection presents retrospective artworks, studies of the same theme, exploring different variations and showing how the 3D rendered work could be turned into physical sculptures. The starting point for this series was the lack of studio and storage space and the difficulties of working in sculpture in a space-limited city like Tokyo.

Note:
While the artwork itself contains moving pictures, artworks on the right side portrait screenshots to get an overall idea of his artwork.

Cherrybloom

/Neo-Expressionism

No 1/1 - Unikat

Somewhere between individuals, certain emotions and perspectives, the young Berlin artist Cherrybloom aims to express herself with haunting and abstract portraits of individuals expressing a certain emotion.
Drawn by an emotion, each portrait shall represent an abstract point of view to the inner-being of showcased individual within Neo-Expressionism.
I'm lucky to own the original untitled artwork shown on the right, a mindful piece that lives within doubting and skepticism. These intense feelings are cohesively portrayed by obtaining intense blue and yellow tones, leading to an immersive aura during the observation.
It reminds me to not believe everything you hear and read and to be skeptical to a certain degree about gained information.

No 1/1 - Unikat

Title: Faithful.
Oil on Canvas.
Artwork: All Original. Hand Painted. Created with Acrylic Paint, Acrylic Pens on Canvas.
Mani-Kure artists crossed their path artistically by developing an art language which brings together stencil art and free hand painting. One is more focused on the stencil world both on the street and on canvases, while the other has a more free hand approach on canvas, painting with spray paint, acrylics and paint sticks, while at the same time keeping alive his street art spirit through posters pasting and also free hand pieces.
Each of Mani-Kure's paintings are an original one-off piece of work, and have been purchased by respected art collectors all over Europe, USA and the rest of the World.
They have exhibited internationally (France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Australia, California etc.) and have received reviews in different magazines (VICE, No Cure Magazine, Don't Panic, Time Out, etc.) alongside other internationally renowned artists . Due to their passion for skateboarding, surfing and street ware they have collaborated visually with many brands like Nike SB, Vans, Levis etc.
Some of their influences are D*Face, Invader, Banksy, Shepard Fairey aka Obey, Ram, Nomen, Vhils, Keith Haring, Jean-Michel Basquiat, Swoon, Kaws among others.
